Day 24, 25 Pre AIT

Day 24

so as yall know, the night before was shit

thankfully i had 1000 cal. the next day. for breakfast i had a green smoothie bowl bt mom made me eat some of her sandwich which was tasty

bt i threw it all p in the hotel room so i could eat more

i had to show her that I'm FiNe

breakfast took p like fckin 600 cal.

i kinda had to assume most of the foods i ate and the # of cal. in each

i think i over ate that day i was pretty fll 

Day 25

ghghghghg

800 cal.

i definitely over ate

i had to assume more of my calories.

so the morning was ok i had about 200 cal. for breakfast

then we had lunch

i had some lobster and accidentally ate 2 plated of fckin sweet potato fries. shit aaaa

i had an extra cheat day so afterwards i st stopped following the calorie plan for that day lol

when we got home i was so hungry i had a brgr and maybe 2 chocolate bars brooooooo

then i exercised  (it felt really good)

for some reason i thought i would feel like shit after eating all that bt i felt really happy so ok then lol let's pretend that never happened!!
