Day 7 Pre AIT

I made a high protein breakfast for y family this morning! They were happy

I haven't eaten anything today yet, and I should probably exercise😁

So for lunch i had greek salad (130 cal) then i had more food and i did exercise twice which brings e to 350 cal. Now ical eat alot because i stil;; have calories left😉
