Day 6 Pre AIT

Sorry i did day 6 yesterday and i forgot to post

i snacked a lot so i wasn't sure if i went over 800 cal, bt i stopped at what i thought was 700

i did a crazy thigh workout! It hurt like hell

i also did an intense 30 min. upper body workout after the thighs

i walked around my neighborhood a total of 6 times for cardio and did a light workout in the morning

okkkk and i cooked for my family a lot which i enjoyed😀

my mom is becoming very suspicious of me because she doesn't see when i eat and i keep exercising
