Day 5 Pre AIT

So I got back home safely!

Today i had exactly 956 cal. (really close to 1000!!) and I did a workout st now (some cardio, weight lifting, walking, planks, legs, and abdomen exercises)

It is so good to be home! It'll be easier to avoid unhealthy food because of my mother who is a health nt, and also Cape Cod is so much better than CZ😏 (sorry)

I feel like i didn't do enough though oh well
