Day 9 Pre AIT

So I went for a bike ride! It was really fun AND I BURNED AT LEAST 1000 CALORIES!!! Then we went to Wendy's and I got a salad (it was really good and only 240 cal) and then chugged a bunch of diet soft drinks. (they are really bad for you but whatever) OG they had like every soda in existence on that machine it was so cool (y favorite was strawberry vanilla diet Dr pepper and vanilla diet root beer)

I had thai soup for breakfast and a fck ton of seaweed as a snack (WE HAVE SO muCH AND THEY ARE LIKE 15 CAL) and some other food then i had 35 in. of cardio and muscle building later that night
